One year ago today…
…Happy Birthday Carmella!
I’ve been baking and cooking, and concocting and creating! Here is what I’ve come up with so far:
In the fridge: Pasta Salad, Italian Potato Salad, Broccoli Salad, Marinated Grilled Chicken with Portabello and Roasted Peppers, and sneak peak of the cake!
I made about 50 of these flowers using coffee filters and food coloring.
and about 100 of these paper ones for garland.
The piece de resistance:
Browned Butter Honey Banana Cake with a Swiss Meringue Buttercream!
We can’t wait to share the day with
BEER family and friends!
I hope to post pics and recipes this week. But, let’s be real, I’m certainly not going to be snapping many photos today. Hopefully other people will though!
